 Monday • Wednesday • Friday (On-Site Days)

(Tuesday/Thursday: Optional on-site, follows same structure with virtual/teacher + proctor support)

8:00 – 8:15 AM | Morning Check-In

• Students arrive, check-in, log onto their laptops.
• Proctor confirms connection with certified teachers & ensures students have materials.

8:15 – 9:10 AM | 1st Period – Core Subject
9:15 – 10:10 AM | 2nd Period – Core Subject

10:10 – 10:25 AM | Morning Break

• Bathroom, stretch, snack.

10:25 – 11:20 AM | 3rd Period – Core Subject
11:25 – 12:00 PM | Elective #1

12:00 – 12:30 PM | Lunch

• Healthy meal options available for purchase.
• Students may bring food from home (microwaves provided).

12:30 – 1:25 PM | 4th Period – Core Subject
1:30 – 2:00 PM | Prayer / Meditation / Study Period

• Each student has the opportunity to:
  • Pray or meditate (5 minutes individual rotation)
  • Quiet study
  • Request one-on-one on-site tutoring/support

2:00 – 2:55 PM | Elective #2
3:00 PM | Dismissal

 Key Notes for Parents

• Students receive full teacher-led instruction every day — whether on-site or learning remotely from home.
• Tuesday/Thursday are optional on-site days where the same schedule/support is available for families who want 5-day in-person structure.
• On-site proctors monitor and support all students to ensure they remain on-task, connected with their teachers, and have materials needed.
• Every student benefits from structured breaks, healthy food access, spiritual wellness time, and tutoring support.
• Electives rotate each semester (foreign language, arts, technology, health, etc.).
