On a bright, hopeful Sunday afternoon in Detroit, RF Prep Academy opened its heart to host a deeply meaningful Health & Wellness Giveaway for families in one of the city’s most underserved urban neighborhoods. Rooted in our mission to restore faith, revitalize communities, and create opportunities, this event was more than just a giveaway. It was a celebration of nourishment, education, and collective care.

RF Prep Academy’s team distributed fresh, nutritious plant-forward meals to attendees—meals carefully prepared to support immunity, heart health, and overall vitality. The meals were intentionally crafted to show that vegan dishes can be flavorful, comforting, and affordable.
