What to Expect After Tuition Payment
Once your child’s tuition is received, the enrollment process begins right away. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Enrollment Specialist Contact
- Within 24-48 hours, an enrollment specialist will reach out to you via email.
- They’ll confirm your child’s details, review the next steps, and answer any immediate questions.
2. Laptop & School Supply Pick-Up
- You’ll be provided with a scheduled date and time for laptop and school supply pick-up.
- If you’re unable to pick up in person, shipping or delivery options can be arranged.
3. Virtual Access Setup
- Your child will be assigned Michigan-certified virtual teachers for all core subjects and electives.
- Login credentials and system instructions will be sent to you via email.
4. Enrollment Completion Timeline
- Typically, the entire process is completed within 3 business days of tuition payment.
- This means your student can officially begin classes as early as 3 days after payment.
5. Campus Attendance Options
- Students can attend 3 days per week on campus or opt for the full 5-day per week model.
- In-person proctors will help keep students on-task, bring virtual lessons to life, and provide daily support.
